What you will do
- Create and deliver customer-centric solution designs and proposed architectures for diverse stakeholders including CTOs and CIOs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, and Engineering to share the company vision and define technical selling strategies.
- Advise customers on use case patterns through discovery and requirements workshops.
- Transform customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items.
- Participate in evangelism activities such as blogs, meetups, and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar enterprise-facing solution engineering role.
- Strong experience with AI ecosystems including Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI development tools.
- Proficiency with the Apache Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, Hive, Impala, etc.) and centralized data architecture.
- Experience with public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Basic software development experience in Java, Scala, or Python.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without immigration sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with Security and Data Governance in enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of NoSQL or Operational databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with Data Science and ML frameworks (R, Jupyter, Deep Learning).
- Background in integration products like Informatica, MuleSoft, or Kafka.
