What you will do

• Deliver high-impact sales presentations and technical demonstrations to prospects.
• Execute Proof of Value (POV) to prove the platform's ability to satisfy technical and business requirements.
• Author technical documentation for RFPs and competitive analysis during the sales process.
• Provide technical support at industry tradeshows.
• Develop strong rapport with customers and translate technical features into business value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of Sales Engineering experience in network monitoring, management, or cloud services.
• Experience working with US Civilian or DOD cabinet-level agencies.
• Degree in EE, CS, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of UNIX, TCP/IP, SNMP, Syslog, PowerShell, and ITIL.
• Ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, XML/JSON, YANG/NETCONF, or Kubernetes.
• Technical pre-sales experience working with ITOM, APM, and ITSM.
