What you will do

  • Manage the full professional services sales lifecycle, including identification, scoping, and closing of engagements.
  • Own bookings targets and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Lead discovery and roadmapping sessions with executives to translate business priorities into phased services engagements.
  • Develop comprehensive customer use cases, SOWs, and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams, legal, and delivery partners (SIs, GSIs) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Bridge the gap between sales close and delivery kick-off, ensuring executive sponsors remain engaged.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in BDM, services sales, or services delivery roles.
  • Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Cloud, or AI.
  • Proven track record of meeting bookings and consumption targets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical delivery teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven solutions such as Customer Data Platforms, AI/ML, and data sharing.

Nice to have

  • Background in Big 4 or boutique strategy consulting.
  • Experience designing and selling functional solution sets for Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
