What you will do

• Support the end-to-end sales process through discovery and qualification conversations with prospects.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations based on specific customer needs and use cases.
• Address technical questions and explain implementation approaches regarding security, integration, and architecture.
• Own functional RFP responses and deliver high-quality, contextual value statements.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and technical evaluations.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial services compliance topics, regulations, and current trends.
• Ability to conduct peer-to-peer professional conversations with Compliance specialists.
• Proven capacity to analyze complex problems and implement effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to build productive relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto (Hybrid)
