What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demos and manage impactful Proof of Values (PoVs).
• Translate complex business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer feedback and improve the platform.
• Assist in responding to security questionnaires and contribute to internal documentation and playbooks.
• Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• 2+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Strong experience with software development tools, platforms, and command-line interfaces.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
