What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and communication for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop tailored communications and presentations for stakeholders ranging from studio teams to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve gaps in planning, support, or execution to ensure delivery against timelines.
• Track cross-studio progress for high-visibility initiatives.
• Manage hardware assets allocated to studios and oversee program disclosure operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, production, or platform operations.
• Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and platform technology ecosystems.
• Proven success in driving large-scale, cross-functional programs with autonomy.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PlayStation platform tools, SDKs, APIs, and services.
• Experience working in or closely with AAA game development studios.
• Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations.
