What you will do

• Develop CVD and ALD processes from initial concept and product prototyping through manufacturable production solutions.
• Create new process techniques to solve complex integration problems and improve cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
• Characterize CVD and ALD hardware, measure film properties, and support hardware development for multiple applications.
• Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare technical reports and process engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex process engineering issues with R&D teams, vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Train junior CVD and ALD engineers and lead complex projects in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

• Deep or broad expertise in semiconductor processing equipment, with specialized knowledge of CVD, ALD, and chemistry.
• Ability to solve unique and complex process engineering problems using innovative and conceptual thinking.
• Experience designing experiments, analyzing process data, characterizing hardware, and developing manufacturable processes.
• Ability to work independently, communicate complex technical ideas, and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
• Availability for approximately 10% travel.
