What you will do

• Define, integrate, and qualify advanced 3D NAND process technologies from early pathfinding through manufacturing qualification.
• Develop process roadmaps, module flows, procedures, equipment configurations, materials, and equipment selections.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize processes and improve quality, reliability, cost, yield, stability, productivity, and safety.
• Develop process control systems and sustain process modules through volume ramp.
• Resolve complex integration problems involving multiple process modules and competing technical tradeoffs.
• Transfer processes to high-volume manufacturing and support new factory start-up and production-line qualification.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong industry experience in 3D NAND process integration, process development, or device engineering.
• Deep understanding of 3D NAND cell architecture, staircase architecture, contact integration, and high-aspect-ratio etch and fill processes.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process integration, scaling challenges, statistical analysis, design of experiments, and data-driven optimization.
• Ability to solve complex integration problems and influence cross-functional technical teams.
