What you will do

• Design and enhance compliance and risk management processes aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead components of the UK compliance monitoring program, including coordinating reviews and tracking remediation.
• Assess upcoming regulatory developments and evaluate their impact on business operations and controls.
• Provide guidance on compliance approvals, including financial promotions, product reviews, and complaints investigations.
• Partner with Product, Legal, and Operations teams to identify risks and strengthen control frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 3-5 years of compliance experience within UK financial services.
• Experience working within an FCA-regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and financial promotions.
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
