What you will do

• Provide expert regulatory advice and develop compliance frameworks for FCA Consumer Duty and other regulations.
• Oversee compliance with COBS, Consumer Duty, and Product Governance rules.
• Administer governance committees and produce compliance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operational teams to embed compliance by design in business processes.
• Promote continuous improvement using technology and AI-driven tools.
• Conduct monitoring and assurance reviews related to Consumer Duty compliance.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years experience in compliance roles within regulated financial services, ideally retail investments or crypto assets.
• Strong understanding of FCA Consumer Duty and consumer protection regulations.
• Knowledge of Conduct Risk and Product Governance frameworks.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory materials.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI or data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
