What you will do

• Manage designated key e-commerce customer performance, including sell-out and series targets.
• Define and execute account-level retail strategies integrating commercial objectives and media investment.
• Lead retail media planning and optimization to ensure ROI-driven performance.
• Drive digital shelf excellence and consistent brand presentation across all online platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Distribution, and GTM teams to align on product launches and promotions.
• Analyze sell-out performance and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or key account management.
• Proven track record in driving sell-out growth and managing retail media investments.
• Strong commercial acumen with solid data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
• Strong interest in 3C accessories and gaming products.
