What you will do

  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Drive growth through current account penetration and new market development.
  • Manage strategic accounts and build relationships at the executive level.
  • Collaborate with and manage distributors to secure new business.
  • Execute all sales activities required to close orders.
  • Establish and maintain sales forecasting and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Taiwan region focusing on Automation Control.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and Chinese.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint.
  • Deep understanding of the Automation Control market and industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
