What you will do
- Drive service business delivery and achieve sales targets and performance KPIs in the assigned market.
- Manage, forecast, and update sales opportunities and customer data within the CRM system.
- Coordinate contract and service processes between internal teams and external customers to identify optimal solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through visits and proactive development activities.
- Collaborate with front-end sales teams to promote and establish effective after-sales business mechanisms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service-related industries, such as customer service or after-sales support.
- University degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must be based in Taipei City, Taiwan.
