TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving lead generation and qualification for enterprise and mid-market segments with an accent on outbound prospecting and pipeline management. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, scheduling product demonstrations, and collaborating with sales teams to expand market reach in the DACH region.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Generate and qualify leads across mid-market, enterprise, and channel segments.
  • Conduct outbound activity to identify and contact potential customers.
  • Schedule product demonstrations for Inside Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns via email and social media.
  • Partner with Channel Account Managers to target high-value prospects.
  • Manage pipeline and lead data using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Barcelona and able to work from the office 1-2 days per week.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals in metrics-driven environments.
  • Self-disciplined with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in business development or inside sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
