What you will do
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and strategic sales tactics.
- Manage the full sales cycle for target accounts, from lead identification to opportunity conversion.
- Collaborate with field sales counterparts, including Account Executives and Channel Partners.
- Process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads.
- Maintain and manage sales activities and pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Deliver against core KPIs and yearly targets for funnel and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker required
- Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from our Madrid office
- 2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales techniques and opportunity creation.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
- Ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts.
