What you will do

  • Research, plan, and execute integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and events to drive demand.
  • Develop and manage a 6-month rolling field marketing plan focused on pipeline goals.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives mapped to target sales accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, corporate, and channel marketing teams.
  • Track and report program results and metrics via Salesforce.
  • Manage regional program budgets and vendor negotiations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Demonstrable field marketing experience supporting sales organizations and channel partners.
  • Strong ability to translate sales goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
  • Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo.
  • Experience in digital marketing, progressive profiling, and lead nurturing.
