Manager, Field Marketing (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Japan. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own execution and optimization of demand generation and brand awareness initiatives in Japan.
• Deliver integrated field marketing plans aligned with regional strategy, sales motions, partnerships, campaigns, and target verticals.
• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, user groups, and virtual events with internal teams and external vendors.
• Create sales enablement assets and campaigns that help sales teams engage prospects and close opportunities.
• Coordinate lead generation with campaigns, digital, ABM, and customer marketing teams to strengthen pipeline opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive activity, and campaign performance; manage APAC swag, warehousing, and vendor logistics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of field marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Experience planning, executing, and measuring physical and virtual events.
• Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, and CMS platforms, plus campaign performance analysis.
• Legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
