TL;DR

Customer Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving net new business through multithreaded prospecting strategies and collaboration with full-cycle sales professionals with an accent on social selling and direct engagement. Focus on booking qualified meetings with C-level decision makers and mastering Sandler sales techniques to transition into a quota-carrying role.

Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

Salary: $21–$30 per hour (plus commissions and equity).

What you will do

  • Partner with experienced sales professionals to drive net new business.
  • Execute multithreaded prospecting strategies including social selling and nurture campaigns.
  • Book qualified meetings with VP and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with partners to generate business opportunities and understand go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage a book of business using industry-leading sales software tools.
  • Research the cybersecurity landscape to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Requirements

  • 100% fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) required.
  • Must be within commuting distance of the Austin, TX office.
  • Customer-facing experience and strong business acumen.
  • High level of curiosity, coachability, and competitiveness.
  • Passion for software sales and the B2B cybersecurity space.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment three days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an outbound prospecting environment.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS products.
