What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new business opportunities.
- Research and build prospect lists using outbound tools and market intelligence.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and passing high-value opportunities to Account Executives.
- Customize outreach strategies for high-target and low-target accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to integrate content into outreach and with AEs to nurture leads.
- Maintain CRM with detailed notes and meet weekly/monthly outreach targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in sales or business development, preferably SaaS, cybersecurity, or startups.
- Strong verbal and written communication to articulate value propositions.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Amplemarket).
- Self-motivated, proactive self-starter able to work remotely across time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
