What you will do

• Take ownership of in-person events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Act as the primary representative and leader on-site to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Manage guest check-in processes and provide a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate roles and responsibilities with nonprofit partners, venues, and corporate clients.
• Solve on-site challenges such as missing supplies, technology issues, or staffing gaps.
• Handle post-event site cleanup and the repackaging/shipping of event materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Edinburgh, Scotland
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in executing complex, large-scale, and executive-level events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
