What you will do

• Drive project execution to ensure football club projects move forward in alignment with the roadmap.
• Unify objectives across different internal teams and stakeholders to act as the glue for business objectives.
• Design and own the project identity, including sequencing, color-coding, and structural roadmapping.
• Coordinate delivery between internal GTM teams, printing/supplier partners, and creative agencies.
• Enhance data hygiene and lead efficiency by managing Salesforce updates and plugging process loopholes.
• Adapt to diverse project styles, ranging from structured US corporate work to creative, independent long-term initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven background in operational efficiency (e.g., Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Chief of Staff, or Founder's Associate).
• Experience driving operational processes that directly impact the customer-facing part of the business.
• Ability to build and implement professional business processes from scratch.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the London office (2-3 days per week).
