What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business cases.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external suppliers.
  • Lead change management activities to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
  • Measure and report project benefits and outcomes post-implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven project management and delivery experience (e.g., Prince 2, Agile).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience conducting business impact assessments and process improvement initiatives.
  • DC pensions experience and up-to-date knowledge of industry challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
