What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to create and review yearly and quarterly operational plans based on client goals.
• Manage client onboarding and approximate workloads with the Operations Team.
• Build and manage processes for application rollouts, new channel rollouts, and market expansions.
• Liaise with sales and client teams to understand pain points and goals for project kick-off.
• Establish standardized ways of working and deliverables with client agency partners.
• Own key relationships and hold strategic face-to-face meetings with agency and client media teams.

Requirements

• Location: London or New York
• 3-5 years experience in Solutions Engineer or similar role with enterprise customers.
• Experience with Ad Operations and technical onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive to resolution.
