What you will do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and review yearly and quarterly operational plans based on client goals.
- Manage client onboarding and approximate workloads with the Operations Team.
- Build and manage processes for application rollouts, new channel rollouts, and market expansions.
- Liaise with sales and client teams to understand pain points and goals for project kick-off.
- Establish standardized ways of working and deliverables with client agency partners.
- Own key relationships and hold strategic face-to-face meetings with agency and client media teams.
Requirements
- Location: London or New York
- 3-5 years experience in Solutions Engineer or similar role with enterprise customers.
- Experience with Ad Operations and technical onboarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive to resolution.
