What you will do

• Deliver international events from initial planning through on-site execution to post-event performance analysis.
• Manage event budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and full P&L accountability.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, catering, and production suppliers.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to develop high-standard event content and manage speaker logistics.
• Lead promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to maximize registrations and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and high-profile stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management, ideally within luxury, conference, or event agency environments.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost control.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong front-of-house presence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with UHNW individuals and high-profile stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with STOVA and Salesforce is advantageous.
