What you will do

• Build trust-based relationships to retain and grow the client portfolio.
• Proactively manage churn risks and handle escalations for high-value accounts.
• Identify and close consultative upsell opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate key initiatives by aligning with Support, Product, and other internal stakeholders.
• Advocate for client needs to influence future product feature development.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the EU.
• English proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, B2B SaaS, or travel tech.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in relationship management.
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the EMEA region for partner visits and events.
