What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of key B2B partners, handling escalations and resolving complex issues.
  • Monitor CRM cases to ensure timely resolution and proactive intervention.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Track service performance metrics using SQL and Tableau to prepare reports.
  • Represent the client voice in internal meetings with operations, support, and tech teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Experience with CRM systems and data dashboards.
  • Strong multitasking and stress management skills.
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
  • Must be located in the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, China, or Kazakhstan.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel industry (concierge, TMC, DMC, or tour operators).
  • Background in B2B account or service management.
