What you will do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to users.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately.
  • Improve support processes and maintain deep product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Native Greek and C1 English proficiency (spoken and written) are mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support workflows.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (min 50/40 Mbps).
