Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in the US (Hybrid role with 3 days in-office required).

Salary: $27.80 per hour (includes night shift differential).

What you will do

• Execute travel bookings and modifications via phone, chat, and email.
• Coordinate complex multi-city international trips including air, rail, and lodging.
• Enforce corporate travel policies and budget constraints.
• Provide white-glove concierge service for C-suite executives.
• Monitor global events and proactively reroute travelers to ensure safety.

Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-touch customer service environment.
• Ability to work permanent overnight shifts (12 AM – 9 AM).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple SaaS tools simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills in English.
