What you will do
- Lead investigations into service issues, negotiate solutions, and design systemic fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to resolve operational issues regarding deal structure, disclosure, and fulfillment.
- Manage client billing disputes, payment reconciliations, and invoicing discrepancies.
- Administer the quality assurance program across service teams and conduct structured performance audits.
- Produce member and client insights reports using data to enhance the member journey and agent effectiveness.
- Evaluate and champion new agent tools and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree and 3–5+ years of progressive experience in customer service, client success, or service operations.
- Fluent in German (written & oral) - must-have requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Experience serving as the primary contact for client relationship management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
