What you will do

• Lead investigations into service issues, negotiate solutions, and design systemic fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to resolve operational issues regarding deal structure, disclosure, and fulfillment.
• Manage client billing disputes, payment reconciliations, and invoicing discrepancies.
• Administer the quality assurance program across service teams and conduct structured performance audits.
• Produce member and client insights reports using data to enhance the member journey and agent effectiveness.
• Evaluate and champion new agent tools and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree and 3–5+ years of progressive experience in customer service, client success, or service operations.
• Fluent in German (written & oral) - must-have requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience serving as the primary contact for client relationship management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
