What you will do

• Configure and implement complex B2B product logic similar to ERP or CRM systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations to align functionality with client business needs.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to drive user adoption.
• Manage the full client journey as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts to drive retention and identify upgrade opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management.
• Proven experience setting up complex B2B products like Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong presentation and account management skills.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Availability for a fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am to 6pm GMT-5.
