What you will do
- Implement standard core products and services according to specific client specifications.
- Manage the configuration, release, and ongoing maintenance of core software solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance and testing of products and services to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the order, review, and roll-out of operational signage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Operations, Marketing, and R&D teams.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage orders and requests while ensuring high data accuracy.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or B2B Corporate Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
- High level of technical understanding regarding system integrations.
- Must be located in or able to work hybrid in Rome or Milan.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of XML or JSON.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Fluency in other EU languages.
