TL;DR

Focus on acting as a brand ambassador, managing priority situations, and empowering users and partners to adopt sustainable behaviors.

Location: Must be based in Portugal (100% remote)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone.
  • Manage inquiries across social media platforms including Facebook, App Store, and Google Reviews.
  • Handle priority situations with high care and provide proactive support when necessary.
  • Build and implement processes to encourage sustainable lifestyles among our community.
  • Communicate customer needs and motivations to internal local and global teams.
  • Maintain a high standard of brand representation in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Full written and verbal proficiency in German and English.
  • Must be based in Portugal.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a fixed schedule from Saturday through Wednesday.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a marketplace, large platform, or the food industry.
