Location: Must be based in Portugal (100% remote)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone.
- Manage inquiries across social media platforms including Facebook, App Store, and Google Reviews.
- Handle priority situations with high care and provide proactive support when necessary.
- Build and implement processes to encourage sustainable lifestyles among our community.
- Communicate customer needs and motivations to internal local and global teams.
- Maintain a high standard of brand representation in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Full written and verbal proficiency in German and English.
- Must be based in Portugal.
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work a fixed schedule from Saturday through Wednesday.

- Previous experience in a marketplace, large platform, or the food industry.
