What you will do

• Develop and implement sales activities including cold calls and regular sales visits to hit growth targets.
• Sign up new partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of partners and provide first-level support.
• Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals including document flow and technical setup.
• Provide market analysis and comprehensive reporting through CRM systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in China.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry.
• In-depth understanding of the regional B2B travel market.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of working time for client meetings and industry events.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
