TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days home office per week).

What you will do

  • Grow revenue from a dedicated restaurant portfolio through sales and activation of platform solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners to build long-term relationships.
  • Advise partners on revenue management, online marketing, and positioning via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and drive performance.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions to improve restaurant margins and seat occupancy.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for platform tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing high-volume outbound/inbound calls and large account portfolios.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Strong results focus with experience working against KPIs and targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the internet or technology sector.
  • Background in pitching promotions, deals, or flash sales.
  • Knowledge of revenue management concepts or commercial optimization.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills for proposing tailored solutions.
