What you will do
- Grow revenue from a dedicated restaurant portfolio through sales and activation of platform solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners to build long-term relationships.
- Advise partners on revenue management, online marketing, and positioning via phone and email.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and drive performance.
- Negotiate commercial conditions to improve restaurant margins and seat occupancy.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for platform tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience managing high-volume outbound/inbound calls and large account portfolios.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software like Salesforce.
- Strong results focus with experience working against KPIs and targets.
Nice to have
- Experience in the internet or technology sector.
- Background in pitching promotions, deals, or flash sales.
- Knowledge of revenue management concepts or commercial optimization.
- Analytical and creative thinking skills for proposing tailored solutions.
