Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH) in Vilnius, Lithuania

What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact and dedicated Account Manager for B2B customers in the China market via WeChat, email, and phone.
- Proactively identify and drive new upsell opportunities within the Chinese account portfolio.
- Generate localized value-creating activities, campaigns, and market-specific use cases for Chinese customers.
- Serve as a primary product advocate, addressing technical topics and providing guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM data quality, including opportunity tracking, conversions, and data enrichment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer engagement with a proven track record of driving positive outcomes.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) and excellent business English.
- Deep understanding of Chinese business etiquette, negotiation norms, and corporate culture.
- Ability to handle technical topics and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset for account expansion and confidence in handling difficult conversations.
Nice to have
- Previous Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales experience at a B2B SaaS or data company dealing with APAC/Chinese enterprises.
- Hands-on experience utilizing WeChat for sales or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contract discussions.
- Familiarity with data concepts.
