What you will do
- Define digital strategies and design digital business and operating models for clients.
- Deploy digital and mobile innovations to improve business operations and analytics.
- Lead work across digital customer experience, online marketing concepts, mobile applications, e-commerce, and data analytics.
- Build and apply expertise in marketing technology stacks (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Thunderhead, Google).
- Contribute to offer development by interpreting innovation and challenges in relevant sectors.
- Support business development by contributing to need definition and participating in commercial initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree.
- 3–6 years of consulting experience with similar responsibilities in a similar firm.
- Experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, digital marketing, customer experience/journey design, CRM, and/or customer analytics & insights.
- Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with ability to quickly build expertise.
- Language knowledge: English, Dutch and French.
- Work permit cannot be provided for this position.
