CRM Lead/Senior Manager (Braze): Own and evolve global CRM strategy to drive activation, retention, and customer lifetime value across markets with an accent on data-driven journeys, Braze platform setup, and lifecycle programs. Focus on leading CRM team, optimizing data flows and app event taxonomies, and testing AI/automation for personalisation and efficiency.

Location: Global strategy across all markets; dog-friendly office (Europe-based company, GDPR compliance required)

What you will do

  • Define and refine CRM strategy for activation, retention, win-back, and product lifecycle in collaboration with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Translate strategy into OKRs, backlogs, and roadmaps prioritised by quantitative impact on CLV, revenue, and P&L.
  • Own Braze platform setup and evolution for complex cross-channel journeys and advanced lifecycle logic.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to optimise data flows, tracking, and monitoring.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the CRM team through sprint planning and feedback.
  • Act as CRM ambassador, collaborate with regional managers, and oversee legal compliance including GDPR.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in CRM or Marketing Automation in B2C, leading technical specialists and cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced power-user of Braze or similar, with understanding of CRM systems, APIs, and event-driven data flows.
  • Strong SQL knowledge for advanced segmentation and targeting.
  • Deep experimentation methodology (A/B testing, statistical significance, incremental lift).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML in CRM for predictive targeting and personalisation.
  • Proven communication of technical topics to stakeholders and leadership influence in high-growth environments.
