What you will do

• Translate market and consumer insights into actionable growth strategies, market mapping, and segmentation across APAC.
• Act as the regional CRM champion, managing customer data and providing day-to-day support for regional teams.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and support decision-making.
• Generate business reports and use data visualization to assess the effectiveness of regional initiatives.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and support trade shows, conferences, and innovation workshops.
• Provide user support and training for internal teams on marketing and digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of structured data, including tables, keys, joins, and aggregation.
• Proven ability to clean, normalize, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in planning and managing strategic communication plans across Asia Pacific or globally.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore

• Experience with Power BI.
• Background in B2B specialty chemicals, particularly in human nutrition, health, or the flavor industry.
