What you will do
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot instance, including workflows, segmentation, and data hygiene.
- Support campaign execution by building lists, configuring tracking, and setting up email nurture flows.
- Design and maintain dashboards to track funnel metrics, campaign performance, and attribution.
- Develop and refine lead scoring models to ensure high-quality MQL handoffs to Sales.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and DataOps to automate workflows and improve GTM efficiency.
- Document systems and processes in Notion and train internal teams on HubSpot best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM operations.
- Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Experience building and optimizing email nurture flows and lifecycle programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and ensure data quality.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales and Growth teams.
