What you will do

  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in hirify.global’s K-12 product suite.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with school leadership to identify instructional needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic sales campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with curriculum directors, principals, and department heads.
  • Research market trends, competitive landscapes, and funding pathways to drive new business.
  • Provide accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and territory activities.

Requirements

  • Must reside in East Asia or Southeast Asia
  • 3+ years of successful direct sales experience in the K-12 education market.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Proven ability to lead engaging virtual presentations and videoconference calls.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to international schools within the region.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic assessment in Reading and Math.
  • Understanding of US Common Core, Next Generation Science Standards, or IB Education Framework.
