TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Edtech): Driving growth by selling AI-powered learning solutions to K-12 school districts with an accent on solution-based selling and strategic account planning. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work there)

Salary: $185,000 - $201,200 OTE

What you will do

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at the district level to sell hirify.global’s product suite.
  • Employ solution-based selling and MEDDPICC methodology to secure school board approvals.
  • Create and maintain an aggressive pipeline and develop strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to discuss deal strategies and industry trends.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on territory funding, state initiatives, and the K-12 education landscape.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of success selling supplemental products to K-12 school districts.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Proven experience in networking, prospecting, and pipeline building.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC sales methodology and EdTech forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers and prospects face-to-face.
  • Experience using AI tools to increase productivity.
