Location: Must be based in the Philippines
Compensation: Up to $816 base + commission (up to $3,000/month during peak season)

What you will do
- Convert warm leads from marketing campaigns into paying customers through consultative phone calls.
- Present tailored tutoring packages by understanding family needs and matching them with the right educational solutions.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including follow-ups, objection handling, and accurate CRM record-keeping.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly lead conversion targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Act as the primary voice of the company, building trust and demonstrating the value of educational outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Minimum 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience preferred.
- Proven experience selling to the UK or US market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large, fast-paced workload.
- Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings as required.
