TL;DR

Sales Representative (EdTech): Converting warm leads into paying customers for online educational courses with an accent on consultative sales and objection handling. Location: Must be based in the Philippines

Compensation: Up to $816 base + commission (up to $3,000/month during peak season)

What you will do

  • Convert warm leads from marketing campaigns into paying customers through consultative phone calls.
  • Present tailored tutoring packages by understanding family needs and matching them with the right educational solutions.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including follow-ups, objection handling, and accurate CRM record-keeping.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly lead conversion targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Act as the primary voice of the company, building trust and demonstrating the value of educational outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Minimum 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience preferred.
  • Proven experience selling to the UK or US market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large, fast-paced workload.
  • Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings as required.
