What you will do

  • Convert inbound leads into new business opportunities and customers through consultative conversations.
  • Advise founders and SMEs on the most suitable business solutions based on the Singapore business landscape.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage a healthy sales pipeline within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore Sales Team to share best practices and improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance lead qualification and increase overall sales productivity.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into customers.
  • Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
  • Based in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with founders, startups, or entrepreneurs.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Exposure to accounting, payroll, or corporate secretarial services.
