Credentialing / Enrollment Lead (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead a New Bets Credentialing or Enrollments pod, setting priorities, ownership, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Direct virtual-assistant capacity through work allocation, training, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
• Own payer enrollment, provider credentialing, ongoing monitoring, and delegated credentialing programs for Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, and Registered Dietitians.
• Build SOPs, operating cadences, quality controls, escalation paths, documentation standards, and audit-ready records.
• Use metrics to manage capacity, throughput, timeliness, quality, provider experience, and execution risk.
• Design scalable workflows and coordinate tooling, automation, and ownership improvements with Product, Engineering, Payer Operations, Finance, RCM, Clinical Operations, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

• Approximately 5–9 years of experience in payer enrollment, credentialing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
• Strong domain experience with payer enrollment, provider onboarding, ongoing monitoring, delegated credentialing, accreditation, or related workflows.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including prioritization, work direction, feedback, performance management, and team development.
• Experience owning complex operational programs with rigorous quality, compliance, documentation, and deadline requirements.
• Ability to manage capacity, throughput, quality, timeliness, and execution risk through metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, technical fluency, and experience improving processes through tooling, automation, or partnership with Product and Engineering.
