What you will do

• Draft Business Process Architecture (As-Is and To-Be) and maintain process repositories.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, data, and product teams.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete tactical frameworks and solution directions.
• Align project portfolios with business goals and manage inter-project dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and design technical solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks to shape and support programs through architectural guidance.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in both business and technology.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Process Architecture, and process design tooling.
• Experience working in complex, dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
