TL;DR
Solution Architect (Tech4Dev): Designing and evolving cloud-native engineering platforms to support the full software development lifecycle with an accent on CI/CD integration, scalability, and developer experience. Focus on translating architectural vision into practical, reusable standards for over 8,000 engineers and 400+ teams.
Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. No relocation support provided.
Salary: €5,030–€7,183 gross per month.

What you will do
- Shape the architecture for developer platforms and engineering capabilities within Tech4Dev.
- Design and evolve cloud-native solutions that integrate with CI/CD pipelines and observability ecosystems.
- Translate strategic architectural vision into practical, reusable designs and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, Product Owners, and architects to influence delivery across 400+ teams.
- Mentor and coach squads on implementing resilient system designs throughout the DevOps cycle.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Netherlands with the legal right to work in the country.
- At least 3 years of Solution Architecture experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, including microservices and event-driven systems.
- Proven experience with scalable and distributed systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and engineering platforms.
- Experience with platform engineering or developer experience domains.
