What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy for greenfield and developing accounts within the Benelux region.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to stakeholders ranging from AI practitioners to C-level executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving alignment during high-tension negotiations.
• Abstract learnings into reusable patterns and guidance for the global Databricks community.
• Drive sustained customer impact by moving beyond proof-of-concepts to measurable business outcomes.
• Coach and develop junior team members on technical discovery and use-case prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles involving complex solution architecture.
• Deep expertise across Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to execute through ambiguity and identify emerging risks early.
• Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands for an office-based hybrid contract.
• English: Required.

• Relevant cloud platform certifications.
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience in AI-assisted coding and tooling.
