What you will do

• Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding CRM strategy and platform evolution.
• Lead the design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and roadmap definition.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Support pre-sales and proposal development to shape solution approaches for new opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environments.
• Strong functional expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing customer journeys.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work in Utrecht under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B Commerce and/or Revenue Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven automation use cases.
• Exposure to Data Cloud (D360) or customer data platforms.
• Fluency in Dutch.
