Delivery Lead

What you will do

• Partner with customers to build trust, provide strategic advice, and coach teams in agile improvements.
• Own the end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, scope management, and risk mitigation.
• Lead client meetings, manage project budgets, and ensure delivery aligns with product-focused goals.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to source resources and lead SOW contracting processes.
• Guide client and internal teams in prioritization, roadmap development, and execution practices.
• Support internal initiatives to improve delivery processes, templates, and service offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects and teams.
• Hands-on client-facing experience in professional services or client delivery.
• Must be based in Eastern or Central U.S. with willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong background in agile disciplines, software development methodologies, and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work with minimal structure and enable change within client organizations.
