What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of organization design and operating model transformation programmes.
• Translate business strategy into organizational structures, capability models, and workforce designs.
• Manage programme governance, delivery plans, milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Lead the assessment and redesign of organizational structures, decision rights, and governance models.
• Build and manage relationships with executive leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with change management teams to ensure adoption of new organizational structures.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of senior consulting experience at a recognized professional services organization.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale organizational restructuring or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and project management (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Nexus).
• Experience defining AI delivery strategies, including governance, ethics, and productivity benchmarks.
• Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and manage commercial ownership (SOWs, MSAs).
• Must be based on the US East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida).
